Steps of recovery
We work with our client and the debtor to enable the best outcome for both parties.
We work with the debtor and ask them to provide proof of loss of earnings. We analyse their payslips along with an income and expenditure. If debtors are currently furloughed or self-employed we will require a letter from their employer or we can speak to their accountant directly to provide the proof.
Once everything has been analysed we will set up a payment plan to repay their arrears.
Our fees for this service are a fixed fee on a sliding scale. This can be discussed when discussing your case.
Failure to comply in any part of the process, or failure to comply with an agreed payment plan, would result in the debt recovery process beginning.

Our aim in debt recovery is to recover the money owed to you.
We are not like the big companies who have hundreds of staff. You will speak to the case manager dealing with every part of the process, start to finish.
Once you have enquired you will be allocated your case manager. This case manager will agree your contract, look into the debt, write letters to the debtor, call the debtor directly and keep you updated on your case.
We aim to have a system that both the client and the debtor can log in to, to check the progress.
